Any public Instagram profile - competitors, creators you follow, or your own account. Private profiles cannot be analyzed because their data is not publicly available.
No. FlowEngaged never asks for your Instagram credentials and works entirely with public data. You don't need to log in, install anything or connect your account.
No. Checkout is guest-friendly through Stripe - just your email and card. When the payment is confirmed, the report unlocks automatically in your browser.

The remaining data is collected automatically (including reel view counts), the AI writes the complete report, and you can follow the progress live on the page. When it finishes, the full report opens in your browser automatically.
All metrics come from the public Instagram profile itself - extracted at the moment of your analysis. We never estimate, simulate or invent numbers. If a metric is not publicly available, it is shown as unavailable.
Some profiles hide engagement data, and some metrics (like reel view counts) are not exposed publicly for every account. When that happens, FlowEngaged shows the metric as unavailable instead of showing a fabricated number.
Yes. Post-level AI audits can be downloaded as text files directly from the report, so you can keep them for reference or share them with your team or clients.
