FlowEngaged is an Instagram analytics tool. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and service, how we use it, and the choices you have. We designed FlowEngaged to work with publicly available data and to require as little personal information from you as possible.

1. Information We Collect

When you run an analysis

• The public Instagram username you submit for analysis
• The analysis results generated from that public profile
• Basic technical data (IP address, browser and device type, timestamps) used for security and abuse prevention

When you purchase the full report

• Your email address and payment status, as provided by our payment processor
• An internal reference linking the payment to the analysis you unlocked

We do not ask you to create an account, and we never ask for your Instagram credentials. Full card details are handled exclusively by Stripe - they never touch our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To run the analysis you requested and display your report
• To process your payment and unlock the full report
• To provide customer support when you contact us
• To protect the service against abuse, fraud and misuse
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in.

3. Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR)

Where the General Data Protection Regulation applies, we process personal data on the following bases: performance of a contract (running the analysis and delivering your report), legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention, service improvement), and legal obligation (tax and accounting requirements).

4. Payments & Third-Party Processors

Payments are processed by Stripe. When you pay, Stripe collects the payment details you provide and shares with us only what is necessary to confirm the transaction (for example, payment status and email). Stripe's own privacy policy governs how they handle your payment data.

5. Data Providers

To build your report, FlowEngaged retrieves publicly available Instagram data through professional data providers and processes it with AI models. Only public profile data is retrieved - we do not access private accounts, direct messages or any non-public information.

6. Cookies & Analytics

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep the site working correctly (for example, to remember an unlocked report in your browser). If analytics tools are used, they help us understand aggregate usage and improve the service. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

7. Data Retention

Analysis results and payment references are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and to comply with legal and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to request data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us through our contact page. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

9. Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the information we handle, including encrypted connections and secure payment processing. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work continuously to protect your data.

10. Children

FlowEngaged is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
