Welcome to FlowEngaged. By accessing or using this website and its Instagram analytics service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the service or making a purchase.

1. The Service

FlowEngaged analyzes publicly available Instagram data and produces a growth report. The service has two parts:

• Free preview: a real-data preview of any public Instagram profile, including metrics, charts and the top posts breakdown
• Full AI report: the complete analysis (deep AI insights, content strategy, virality patterns, opportunities, actionable insights and content ideas, real reel view counts and post-level AI audits), unlocked with a one-time payment

No account is required to use the service. You may analyze any public Instagram profile.

2. Payments & Refunds

The full report costs $9.99 (USD) as a one-time payment, processed securely by Stripe. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Prices may change for future reports; the price shown at checkout applies to your purchase.

Because the full report is digital content delivered immediately after payment, all sales are final once the report is unlocked. However, if the report fails to unlock after a completed payment and our support cannot resolve the issue, we will refund the payment. 3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use FlowEngaged lawfully and responsibly. In particular, you must not:

• Use the service to access non-public data or attempt to bypass Instagram's privacy settings
• Abuse, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service or its infrastructure
• Use the service for harassment, unlawful profiling or any illegal purpose
• Resell or redistribute the generated reports as a standalone data service without our written permission

We may suspend or limit access to the service in case of abuse or violation of these terms.

4. Intellectual Property

The FlowEngaged platform, its design, software and generated report format are our intellectual property. The report you unlock is licensed to you for personal or internal business use - you may use the insights freely in your own content, planning and client work. Public Instagram data referenced in the report remains subject to the rights of its respective owners.

5. Accuracy & Availability

Reports are generated from public data available at the moment of the analysis. Instagram may change or restrict access to certain metrics at any time; when a metric is not publicly available, it is shown as unavailable rather than estimated. We do not guarantee any specific business result from using the reports.

6. Limitation of Liability

FlowEngaged is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the service or the decisions made based on the reports. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant report.

7. Third-Party Services

The service relies on third-party providers for data collection, AI processing and payments. Their availability and terms may affect the service. We are not responsible for outages or changes caused by third parties outside our control.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing Law & Contact
